Terms & Conditions
The rules for using justfood as a customer, restaurant, or rider.
Last updated: October 31, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or placing an order on justfood, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The justfood service
justfood is a marketplace platform. Restaurants prepare food; riders deliver it; we provide ordering, payments, tracking, and support tools. Restaurant menus, prices, availability, and preparation times are set by each restaurant and may change.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or present fraud/security risk.
4. Orders
- An order is an offer to purchase food from a restaurant through justfood.
- Acceptance and preparation depend on restaurant availability, operating hours, and minimum order rules.
- Item customizations and special instructions are requests only; restaurants may be unable to fulfill every request.
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
5. Pricing, fees & taxes
Displayed prices may include or exclude tax depending on restaurant settings and payment method. Delivery fees, offers, and discounts are shown at checkout before you confirm. Totals may change if you edit your cart.
6. Payments & wallet
- Supported methods may include cash on delivery, wallet, JazzCash, and card (where enabled).
- Gateway payments must complete successfully before the restaurant is notified, where required by our payment rules.
- Wallet top-ups and refunds follow our wallet policies; cancelled eligible orders may credit your wallet.
- You authorize us and our payment partners to process charges for your orders.
7. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel only while the order is still in an allowed status. Refunds for prepaid amounts (for example wallet or successful gateway payments) are handled according to our cancellation rules. Cash-on-delivery orders that were never charged are generally not refunded as cash.
8. Delivery
Delivery depends on rider availability, traffic, weather, and accurate address details. You should be reachable at the delivery location. Failed delivery attempts caused by an incorrect address or unreachable customer may result in cancellation without refund of perishable food already prepared.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse justfood, including by placing fraudulent orders, harassing restaurants or riders, attempting unauthorized access, scraping the platform, or interfering with other users.
10. Allergens & food safety
Restaurant partners are responsible for menu descriptions and allergen information. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, confirm details with the restaurant before ordering. justfood is not liable for restaurant food preparation errors beyond coordinating support where reasonable.
11. Intellectual property
justfood branding, apps, and website content belong to us or our licensors. Restaurant names, logos, and menu content belong to the respective restaurants.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, justfood is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays outside our control, or restaurant/rider acts beyond our reasonable platform role. Our total liability related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order through justfood.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or by email where appropriate.
14. Contact
For questions about these terms, email support@justfood.app or use Contact.
